Owens (1949-1955); and Registrar and Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds Minuard Bishop Miller (1940-1953). Other less frequent correspondents include Broadus N. Patterson, president of the United Negro College Fund (1945), Loren H. Rockwell, trustee (1952-1957), Eleanor A. Thompson, secretary to Gallagher (1940-1943), William A. Twyman, director of public relations (1954), and Hale Woodruff, painter of the murals in Savery Library (1945).

The most numerous items of non-correspondence are records of the trustees, financial records, and copies of The Talladegan. There are also many reports by the administration and faculty to the trustees, reports and minutes of faculty committees and the college council, reports and proposals on the curriculum, and studies of Talladega and other schools. Also included are New York office reports from the AMA, employment applications and contracts, other college and student publications, photographs and collected items. The photographs are mostly by Warren Marr, taken in 1964 and 1965. The records also contain an original ink drawing by Gwendolyn Bennett that was used as an illustration for a 1932 student poetry anthology.
