The files for the various NAACP Louisiana Branches are arranged in alphabetical order encompassing city and parish documentation. The largest set of files available consist of the documents produces by the Lake Charles Parish Branch (1967-1976); the New Orleans Branch (1966-1976), including the New Orleans Youth Council (1967-1976); and the Shreveport Branch (1966-1969). Also available are reports about Branch membership (1968-1974).
