The Opportunity Foundation Corporation was founded by Margaret Callender McCulloch to benefit residents of Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee, to further their education, and to alleviate past discrimination in health, education, and welfare agencies through contributions to new agencies or improving existing ones.
