Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: The family correspondence includes outgoing correspondence from Carol Brice to family members, as well as incoming correspondence organized by family member. Overall, there are over 400 letters from Carol Brice and family members between 1927 and 1984. Of particular note, are letters from and about Dr. Charlotte Hawkins Brown (1883-1961), who raised and educated Brice until she went to college.
