This series relates to Masonic bodies not under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Council of Louisiana. Bodies represented include the Grand Orient of Louisiana; the Supreme Council of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction; United Supreme Council, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Masons of the Thirty-third Degree for the Southern and Western Jurisdiction; individual Scottish Rite lodges; Daughters of Sphinx, Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Louisiana, the American Masonic Federation; various Order of the Eastern Star chapters; Nobles of the Mystic Shrine; and other bodies. Formats include correspondence, programs, charters, proceedings, reports, minutes, and other records.

Of note are records and correspondence related to the Masonic mail fraud case involving Matthew McBlain Thomson, Thomas Perrot, and Dominic Bergera. International Masonic bodies are represented by a 19th century membership list of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch of Haiti, a 1912 letter from the Supreme Council of Masons of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and miscellaneous Masonic documents in French.
