Content Description The NOLA Hip-hop Archive was founded by Holly Hobbs, a Ph.D. student at Tulane University, as part of her dissertation research in 2012. The goal of Hobbs’ project is to document hip-hop in New Orleans, Louisiana, both as a musical and community art form. Hobbs’ research includes a series of video interviews with hip-hop artists in New Orleans, which form the basis for this collection.
